Pikmin 4 - Defend Lumiknolls in Night Expeditions

Every night expedition has lit-up structures near the base called Lumiknolls. These Lumiknolls produce Glow Sap after defending them for a night against the frenzied creatures. You'll get more Glow Sap if there are multiple Lumiknolls to protect.

Due to the way they work, you can only get one Glow Sap per Lumiknoll. This means you have to defend the other bases if you need more.

Pikmin 4 - Glow Sap Cures Leaflings

Glow Sap is used to make medicine that cures Leaflings and turns them back to normal. Yonny can produce one cure for each Glow Sap. You can even stock up on medicine if you still haven't rescued enough Leaflings.
