A Tour without Tourists is unlocked after rescuing Chewy and interacting with her at the Rescue Command Post. She can be acquired by rescuing Leaflings in Dandori Battles and Challenges, then curing the leaflings with Glow Saps from Night Expeditions.
The side mission A Tour without Tourists will reward you with a total of 50 Raw Materials upon completion.
