Earned from Night Expeditions
You can earn one Glow Seed for every 5 Glow Pikmin that survive after a Night Expedition. These seeds can be thrown to make more Glow Pikmin at night or when underground in caves.

Select Glow Seeds from the Pack
You can access Glow Seeds from your pack by holding Y and then pressing the right d-pad button. From here you can select the Glow Seeds to use it.
Assign Glow Seeds to a Shortcut
For quick access to the Glow Seeds, you can assign it to a shortcut. This will let you use the item immediately.
