How to Reach Hectic Hollows
Head Northeast of Sun-Speckled Terrace
You should be able to find the Last-Frost Cavern in the northeast part of Sun-Speckled Terrace.

1. Throw 10 Ice Pikmin to Reach the Mama Doll Head
Throwing 10 Ice Pikmin into the water will freeze it, allowing you to cross it. You can then use the other Pikmin to carry the Mama Doll Head treasure to the base camp.

Throw the Pikmin to weigh down the object from the cobweb. |
1. Break the Hydro Jelly to Reach the Aspiration-Ritual Pole
Use the Ice Pikmin to destroy the Hydro Jelly on top of the yellow can. This allows you to jump on the platforms and reach the Aspiration-Ritual Pole on the ceiling.
Hectic Hollows Castaway Locations
On Top of the Tall Platform
Use Oatchi's rush attack towards the tall blue platform to drop the castaway on top of it. Use the Pikmin to transport the castaway to the base to rescue them.

Use Raw Materials to Fix the Climbing Wall
In order to climb the steps on the first floor of the cave, you need to use 14 Raw Materials to construct the climbing wall. Throw Pikmin toward the wall to create the climbing wall and press the A Button towards it to climb it.
