Line of Logs is one of the areas in Giant's Hearth where you can conduct Night Expeditions in Pikmin 4. Here are some tips and strategies on completing the Night Expedition in Line of Logs and a list of enemies that will appear so you can prepare beforehand!

Upgrade Chomp, Rush, and Heal
By upgrading Oatchi's Chomp (better if he has Big Chomp) and Heal, you can command him to attack enemies on standby while you go the other way to gather Pikmin and ambush the rest of the enemies.
If you prefer roaming around on Oatchi's back, it would be better to upgrade Rush as it can defeat Pyroclasmic Slooches on impact or stun bigger enemies for your Glow Pikmin to take out.
Use Glowmob on the Emperor Bulblax
For the Spotty Bulbear, Fiery Bulblax, and especially the Emperor Bulblax, it would be better to gather a lot of Glow Pikmin and use Glowmob instead of Rushing into them.
Depending on the size of your squad, Glowmob can stun enemies for longer than a fully upgraded Rush. Having around 50 Glow Pikmin inside a Glowmob can take down any enemy in this stage, even an Emperor Bulblax, without giving them the chance to act.
