Water's Edge is one of the areas in Serene Shores where you can conduct Night Expeditions in Pikmin 4. Here are some tips and strategies on completing the Night Expedition in Water's Edge and a list of enemies that will appear so you can prepare beforehand!

Gather Glow Pellets to Increase the Number of Glow Pikmin
Immediately after the night starts, collect all the glow pellets nearby to increase the number of Glow Pikmin you have.
Glow Pikmin Guide and How to Get
Activate the Nearest Tricknolls
Make sure to activate the two Tricknolls as fast as possible. These provide you with an extra line of defense and slows down the enemies.
Command Oatchi to Protect the Lumiknoll
Command Oatchi to alternate between defending the two Lumiknolls. If you have upgraded Oatchi's skills, it is recommended to have him defend the Lumiknoll with the orange glow as more enemies will appear to attack at that area.
Command Effect and How to Unlock
Always Check the Minimap
Make sure to always check the minimap to know where the enemies are coming from. You can check the minimap to see if any of the Tricknolls or Lumiknolls are under attack.
Abandon One of the Tricknolls as Needed
You can use one of the Tricknolls as a decoy to divert the enemies away from the other Tricknoll and the Lumiknoll. Consider abandoning one of the Tricknolls to buy you time to defend the others.
Use Glowmob to Stun Enemies

Take advantage of the Glow Pikmin's Glowmob ability to stun and attack enemies. Press and hold the X Button and release it once the gauge is full to perform the attack and deal high damage.
Note that this ability has a cooldown, so it is best to use it against a large number of enemies or against a powerful enemy.
