Get Glow Sap to Make Medicine

Pikmin 4 - Glow Sap Harvest

To cure leaflings, you'll need a special medicine made with Glow Sap to change them back to normal. Glow sap can be harvested from Lumiknolls after successfully defending them during night expeditions. After curing the leaflings, Oatchi's pup drive will increase.

Yonny is the Rescue Corps doctor, and you'll need him to make the medicine needed to cure the leaflings. He can be rescued as you explore more caves in the game.
