There's an additional story involving Oatchi that occurs after you rescue Olimar. Completing this requires exploring 2 more areas and beating the true final boss of the game. This postgame campaign should add around 6 to 8 hours to the game length.

25 ~ 30 Hours for 100% Completion

Pikmin 4 - Completion Requirements

There are a lot of treasures to collect and castaways to rescue in Pikmin 4, which will certainly take more time. You'll also want to finish Olimar's Shipwreck Tale and get Platinum in all Dandori Challenges to truly reach 100% completion, which should take up to 30 hours to finish.
