Dodge All Four of Its Spike Launch Before Attacking

Porquillion will launch its spikes four times to try and damage you. You can easily dodge these attacks by running around riding Oatchi.

It Will Shake Its Body to Regrow Spikes

After a while, Porquillion will regrow its spikes. It will start running away before stopping. Then, its whole body will start to shake; this means it's winding up to summon more spikes to attack you!

Use Rush While Riding Oatchi with Your Pikmin

Once all spikes are gone, use Rush on Porquillion while riding Oatchi to not only deal damage, but also launch all of your Pikmin on it. It's recommended to have the Red Pikmin included as it has the highest attack power amongst all Pikmin types.

Use Ice Pikmin to Freeze It

Launching Oatchi to Porquillion with Ice Pikmin will quickly freeze it, as long as you have at least 10. Once frozen, continue on attacking Porquillion until it's defeated!

Dalmo's Log	When it cowers down to roll up, it looks like it's feeling lonely. If you get closer, the needles all over its body become projectiles that it will launch at you. I can't help thinking this is just a plea for attention. It's OK, prickly bean! I'll be your friend!
Olimar's Log	Its needle-covered armor is soft and quite exposed. Furthermore, it has a cowardly disposition, so when it senses even the slightest danger, it shoots out its spikes. Regenerating new spikes requires significant amounts of caloric energy, so this creature requires significant amounts of food. This likely explains why, when it scrounges through garbage, it sucks up not just the insects it finds but also the trash itself. They have ingested a few of the S.S. Dolphin's parts, too, but those could never be mistaken for trash.
Louie's Log	Cut the meat into four even slices. Dip slices into a beaten egg, then dredge in bread crumbs. Fry over low heat.
