Use an Optimal Route Collect Treasures in the Northwest Area Defeat the Rock Enemies

Use an Optimal Route

As the challenge starts, head to the south room and make your way to the northwest room, defeating enemies and collecting Pikmin along the way. This ensures you get a lot of Pikmin to help collect treasures and defeat enemies.

Call your Pikmin after defeating an enemy! You can collect the defeated enemies later.

Get Useful Items from the Green Bugs

Green bug enemies emerge near the breakable walls in the south room. Throw Pikmin at them when near a wall as they may drop a Bomb Rock that explodes and damages the surrounding area, destroying the breakable walls in an instant!

They also drop a reddish Nectar that becomes an Ultra-Spicy Spray when Oatchi goes near it.

Collect Treasures in the Northwest Area

After collecting Pikmin and defeating enemies as you were going to the northwest area of the arena, it's time to collect treasures and enemies you've defeated!

Clear paths by destroying walls while commanding your Pikmin to collect treasures to open a faster route towards the S.S. Beagle.

Knock Down Treasures on a High Ground with Oatchi's Rush

Treasures too high for Pikmin to get and collect can be knocked down with Oatchi's Rush. After knocking the treasures down, use your Pikmin to carry it back.

Defeat the Rock Enemies

Defeat the rock-like enemies called Scorchcakes with a combination of Red and Rock Pikmin. Rock Pikmin won't get crushed by the enemy, but they'll get burned on the enemy's scorching side, and this is where you can use the Red Pikmin, as they're resistant to fire.
