How to Reach Frozen Inferno

Reach the Stove Top

Starting from the southeast base, head north and ride the floating platform to ascend and and reach the kitchen counter. Head north again and pass the sink area to reach the stove top.

Make Oatchi and your Character Fireproof

Snowfake Fluttertail

To beat Snowfake Fluttertail, throw a fire starter at least two times to peel off its white shell. This exposes its back, allowing you to throw Red Pikmin at it to deal damage.

Avoid getting hit by its ice attacks as this will make your fire starter disappear, requiring you to pick up a new one at the bonfire altar.

Carry the Fire Starter to Fight Off the Cold

Make sure to carry around a fire starter at all times at the 2nd sublevel as the area is extremely cold, making you unable to use Red Pikmin.

Holding a fire starter lets you roam around the area freely without getting affect by the cold elements.

Destroy Ice Walls Using the Fire Starter

You can use the fire starter to destroy ice walls and dry ice in the 2nd sublevel. You can also let the Red Pikmin carry the fire starter to destroy the obstacles for you.

There are two bonfire altars on the opposite side of the boss arena that you can light up before the boss makes its entrance.

Get a fire starter on the left side of the starting point and head inside the boss room without going to the center. Walk towards the corners of the room to reach the bonfire altars.

You can only bring Red Pikmin with you in the cave as the entrance is covered with flames from the stove. Bring as many Red Pikmin as you can as you can convert some of them into Ice Pikmin inside the cave.
