Sun-Speckled Terrace's Blue Onion is locked behind a body of water and a high ledge. 30 Ice Pikmin are needed to freeze and cross the water, while the other 10 Pikmin build a climbing wall and help carry the onion back to base.

Carrying the Blue Onion needs 20 Pikmin strength. Since your 30 Ice Pikmin need to freeze the water, you will also need the Oatchi Buff upgrade to fill in the 10 missing Pikmin strength to get the Blue Onion!

1	Move your base to the Rugged Scaffold (Base 2).
2	Freeze the water with 30 Ice Pikmin.
3	Complete the wall on the left with the leftover Pikmin using 15 Raw Materials.
4	Recall all your Pikmin and climb the wall before the ice melts. Leave Oatchi by the wall.
5	Carry the Blue Onion until the Pikmin can't proceed.
6	Recall your Pikmin to freeze the water again.
