How to Reach Plunder Palace
Build the Bridge and Defeat the Dog
You need to build a bridge to reach Plunder Palace. While building the bridge, a green dog will appear and kidnap your Pikmin and interfere with the bridge construction.
Make sure to defeat the green dog first before building the bridge.

Use the blue and red switches to activate the fans to reach the first and fourth treasures.

6. Control Oatchi to Get the Treasure
You can take control of Oatchi to retrieve the Disk of Joyous Wisdom in the area. See the table below for the steps.

If you throw your Pikmin towards the Candypop Bud, they will change color based on the color of the flower. Throw your Yellow Pikmin towards it to convert them into Purple Pikmin.
Plunder Palace Castaway Locations
Defeat Porquillion to Retrieve the Castaway at Sublevel 3
The first castaway is located on the 3rd sublevel and appears after you beat Porquillion.
Defeat the Giant Breadbug to Retrieve the Castaway at Sublevel 5
The second castaway is located on the 5th sublevel. Use Purple Pikmin and Oatchi with upgraded Buff and Super Buff to defeat the boss and rescue the castaway.
Plunder Palace Onion Locations

There are no onions in this cave.
Flarlic Location
Do not forget to collect the Flarlic on the desk. This item allows you to increase the number of Pikmin that you can have on the field.

This cave requires you to gather heavy objects so it is recommended to upgrade Oatch's Buff and Super Buff skills as he can assist with transporting treasures and enemies to the base.

The cave is easier to complete if you have Yellow Pikmin, Rock Pikmin, and Purple Pikmin. If you do not have Rock Pikmin and Purple Pikmin, you can get wild variants in this cave.
Break Glass Walls Using Rock Pikmin
You can use Rock Pikmin to break glass walls on the 2nd sublevel of the cave.
Use Rock Pikmin Against Enemies
Rock Pikmin cannot be trampled or skewered by enemies so it is recommended to use them against enemies that perform those attacks.
