How to Reach Plunder Palace

Build the Bridge and Defeat the Dog

You need to build a bridge to reach Plunder Palace. While building the bridge, a green dog will appear and kidnap your Pikmin and interfere with the bridge construction.

Make sure to defeat the green dog first before building the bridge.

6. Control Oatchi to Get the Treasure

2	S.S. Berry Sparklium: 40	Defeat the second Giant Breadbug for it to drop the treasure.
3	Perforated Raft Sparklium: 10	Find the treasure hidden in the grass.
4	Love's Fortune Cookie Sparklium: 50	Throw the Pikmin on the elevated platform to retrieve the treasure.
5	Hearty Container Sparklium: 50	Throw the Pikmin on the elevated platform to retrieve the treasure.
6	Disguised Delicacy Sparklium: 40	Climb the elevator and head to the desk to find the treasure on top of a yellow plate.
7	Sweet Torrent Sparklium: 150	Climb the elevator to reach the desk that has the treasure on top of a blue plate.
8	Sweet Stumble-Not Sparklium: 60	Dig up the soil to retreive the treasure.

Use the Candypop Bud to Convert Yellow Pikmin into Purple Pikmin

If you throw your Pikmin towards the Candypop Bud, they will change color based on the color of the flower. Throw your Yellow Pikmin towards it to convert them into Purple Pikmin.

Plunder Palace Castaway Locations

Defeat Porquillion to Retrieve the Castaway at Sublevel 3

The first castaway is located on the 3rd sublevel and appears after you beat Porquillion.

Defeat the Giant Breadbug to Retrieve the Castaway at Sublevel 5

The second castaway is located on the 5th sublevel. Use Purple Pikmin and Oatchi with upgraded Buff and Super Buff to defeat the boss and rescue the castaway.
