Let Oatchi Guard the Orange Lumiknoll
From the starting point next to the Blue Lumiknoll, collect all glow pellet piles on your way to the Orange Lumiknoll and have Oatchi guard it. The Blue Lumiknoll will barely get attacked and none of the enemies present will need to be answered by Glowmobs.
Move your explorer to the Blue Lumiknoll then just switch characters whenever a Lumiknoll is attacked. You can also have Oatchi do preemptive strikes on the nearby enemies while they're not perked up yet.

Attack the Flighty Joustmites From Behind
The Flighty Joustmites are the most difficult enemies to deal with in this stage, but can be cheesed due to their exposed weakpoint.
Get behind them and start throwing Glow Pikmin until they drop down. Don't try to use Glowmob as the Pikmin might attack their impervious shell instead.
