Prioritize Destroying Walls
Break walls as soon as the timer starts to create paths for collecting treasure later. Using an Ultra-Spicy Spray, which you can collect later, can break the wall after rushing to it once.
Command Oatchi to Carry Treasures
While the Pikmin are busy destroying walls, command Oatchi to collect and carry treasures to save time. There are a lot of heavy treasures where Oatchi needs to have the Super Buff skill to carry it.

Collect Pikmin as Soon as Possible
Pluck the buried Pikmin as soon as you can to increase the number of Pikmin in your squad, strengthening your workforce.

Having the Plucking Whistle is a great help to immediately emerge buried Pikmin without manually plucking them from the ground.

Collect the Ultra-Spicy Spray
There is a large egg found in the northwestern area which produces a red-ish nectar when broken. Collecting the nectar will give you an Ultra-Spicy Spray to boost your Pikmin's movement speed and instantly blooms their flowers.
Use the spray on your Pikmin to speed them up and chip off the boss' health quickly. Once defeated, it will drop another spray which you can use on your Pikmin once more so they can destroy walls and transport treasures faster.

Push the Can with Blue Pikmin
Use 10 Blue Pikmin to push the can found in the southwestern area to create a path to another area. You cannot use Winged Pikmin to push the can since the can is almost submerged, and Winged Pikmin cannot go underwater.
4th Story: Dandori Seas Location
Found at the Rescue Command Post
All trials of the Sage Leaf can be found when you enter the cave in the north part of the Rescue Command Post.
This cave is unlocked after finishing Olimar's Shipwreck Tale.
