Gather Glow Pellets to Increase the Number of Glow Pikmin

Immediately after the night starts, collect all the glow pellets nearby to increase the number of Glow Pikmin you have.

Activate the Nearest Tricknolls

Make sure to activate the two Tricknolls as fast as possible. These provide you with an extra line of defense and slows down the enemies.

Enemies Attack From Two Directions

The enemies will attack from two directions based on the locations of the two Tricknolls. Be careful not to stay too far from the Tricknolls and the Lumiknoll as you may not be able to defend them in time.

Use Glowmob on Joustmites

Joustmites have hard shells which will take your Pikmin a long time to defeat them. Use the Glow Pikmin's Glowmob ability to defeat them quickly.

Press and hold the X Button and release it once the gauge is full to perform the attack and deal high damage.

Note that this ability has a cooldown, so it is best to use it against a large number of enemies or against a powerful enemy.
