Head to the north room and defeat the sleeping enemy guarding a Bomb Rock and retrieve it. This will be used for enemies with lots of health instead of using it to destroy walls.
Throw the bomb rock close to the enemies in the west room and try to make it so that the bomb damages all the enemies to save time.
The big enemy won't die from one bomb rock, though, so follow up with Oatchi's Rush skill to finish the job. Don't forget to pluck the group of Ice Pikmin nearby!
Leave the molds to the Ice Pikmin to reveal the bouncy mushroom as you defeat the rest of the enemies on that floor.
You'll be using your squad of Red Pikmin to defeat the remaining enemies, as one of the enemies is a Fiery Bulblax whose back is covered in flames.
Move to the upper room using the mushroom to see an enemy with an icy back. Use the nearby flame vent to destroy its armor and make it vulnerable to attacks.
All trials of the Sage Leaf can be found when you enter the cave in the north part of the Rescue Command Post.
This cave is unlocked after finishing Olimar's Shipwreck Tale.
