There is no limit to how many days you can take to finish the story missions. This means you're free to take as long as you like to beat the game and get 100% completion for all areas!

15 Day Limit in Olimar's Shipwreck Tale

Pikmin 4 - 15 Day Limit Shipwreck Tale

Unlike the main missions, Olimar's Shipwreck Tale has a set time limit of 15 days to get all the ship parts. You don't have to complete them in one go, but you must collect all 30 parts in 15 days to take on the Trial of the Sage Leaf to get the White Onion and Purple Onion.
