How to Unlock Fit for a Feast and Rewards
Defeat the Final Boss
Fit for a Feast is unlocked after defeating the final boss, Ancient Sirehound, and talking to Louie at the Rescue Command Post. This will start the series of side missions where you hunt down specific enemies that he craves.
Get 100 Extra Hand, Raw Materials as Reward
The first five side missions of Fit for a Feast will reward you with a total of 100 Raw Materials.
Get Extra Hand in the Final Mission

Allows your character to move or carry items with the strength of one Pikmin. |
Completing the sixth and final Fit for a Feast side mission will reward you with the Extra Hand gear that allows you to perform tasks with a strength equal to a single Pikmin!
Extra Hand Uses and How to Get
Fit for a Feast 1 Objective
Defeat and Collect 4 Dwarf Bulborbs

Dwarf Bulborbs can be found at the first sublevel of Hectic Hollows in Sun-Speckled Terrace. You'll find two in the first room, and two more near the exit.
Remember that you need to bring their corpses back to the S.S. Beagle for them to be registered on the mission. Additionally, try not to freeze them as defeating frozen enemies will shatter their bodies horribly, and you will have nothing to deliver to Louie.
Once you're done, return to the surface and to the command post to receive the reward from Louie.
Fit for a Feast 2 Objective
Defeat and Collect 2 Yellow Wollyhops

Next, you have to get two Yellow Wollyhops, which can be found at the second sublevel of Secluded Courtyard in Blossoming Arcadia. Again, one of the recommended Pikmin here is the Ice Pikmin, so try not to defeat the Wollyhop while frozen.
Get the two Yellow Wollyhops in this floor and return to Louie for the next mission.
Fit for a Feast 3 Objective
Defeat and Collect a Peckish Aristocrab

You can find a Peckish Aristocrab at the second sublevel of Seafloor Resort in Serene Shores. Bring Blue Pikmin or Winged Pikmin here for the body transport.
Fit for a Feast 4 Objective
Defeat and Collect a Fiery Bulblax

Next on the menu is a Fiery Bulblax. Head back to the Giant's Hearth and jump down to the first sublevel of Cradle of the Beast and you'll find it right in the next room as you land.
Fit for a Feast 5 Objective
Defeat and Collect a Giant Breadbug

Let's get this bread!
There are actually two Giant Breadbugs in the fifth sublevel of Plunder Palace in Hero's Hideaway, and they're both roaming. You can lure them out by defeating any of the enemies nearby. This will cause them to head to the corpse's position and drag them to a nearby soil.
To defeat them, simply land ten Pikmin on top of them three times. Once you get one down, take it to the S.S. Beagle and report back to Louie.
Fit for a Feast 6 Objective
Defeat and Collect a Sovereign Bulblax
| Primordial Thicket - Cavern for a King Lv18 | |

The last target in the list is the massive Sovereign Bulblax, located on the eighteenth sublevel of Cavern for a King in Primordial Thicket. Defeat it again and claim its corpse so Louie can have his three-course meal and you can have your Extra Hand.
