The Falcon Pants's armor blueprint can be obtained through the Wish Machine from the following banners:

Enhancing the star rank of your blueprint will also increase the armor's stats once it's been crafted. Armor crafted before the enhancement of the blueprint will not be affected with the stat increase. The higher the blueprint's rarity, the more you can enhance the blueprint.
