    If you use Healing magic, Nuisance grants the Red Mage a chance to inflict Charm on the target. Found that out while using Heal to deal damage to an undead enemy.

    Oracle might be a better sub-job than black mage, since elemental supplement works on magic attacks (and gives a chance for the corresponding elements).

    No offense, but I think you got the stats wrong. I found out that compared to White Mage, Red mage has just a few points lower physical defense and actually higher magic defense. So I guess defense should be D and magical defense C.
