Dagan Gera's has multiple unblockable attacks that you need to dodge to avoid damage. Note that Dagan Gera also has far-reaching unblockable attacks, dodge to the side to avoid follow-up damage.

Parry His Attacks

Parrying Dagan Gera's attacks is a quick way to deplete his stamina. Dagan Gera attacks with flurries at times, parry these flurries to deplete his stamina fast and deal damage to him.

Same Strategy from Earlier Encounters

Use the same strategy of Parrying and Dodging unblockables for the second encounter against Dagan Gera. This is a core mechanic of the game that allows you to break an opponent's stamina and damage their health.

Use Slow

Use Slow to get free hits against Dagan Gera and lower his health. This is especially useful when you're caught in one of his flurry attacks that are hard to predict. Attacking Dagan while in a slowed state disables his current attack.

Watch Out For Flurry Attacks

Dagan can use flurry attacks against you and it can kill you if you're caught in it. This attack pattern may be hard to predict, if you're unable to parry, simply dodge to avoid damage.

Use Bode's Help Dash Away from Force Explosions Dodge From Projectiles Wait for his Clones to Attack

Use Bode's Help

Use Bode's help to knock Dagan down and land yourself a few hits on him. This can be an alternative to using your Slow as it gives you an opening with the same effect.

Dash Away from Force Explosions

Dagan can now use a Force Explosion that has a huge radius and can inflict huge damage. Jump and Dash away from the blast radius while Dagan charges this attack to avoid damage.

How to Unlock Dash

Dodge From Projectiles

Dagan can also use projectiles for this fight. Simply dodge sideways while closing the distance on him to sustain aggression.

Wait for his Clones to Attack

Dagan can summon clones of himself to try and confuse you . Simply stay away from them and wait for them to attack you. Kill the clones by parrying their attacks and hitting them once.

Dagan Gera Rewards

Story Progression

Beating Dagan Gera during the first confrontation with him does not give any reward except for XP, but beating Dagan Gera is necessary to progress the story further.
