In Observatory Understructure, go to the widest platform using the balloons. Selfin Jook will be in the area along with two other bounty hunters.
To have an easier time dealing with Selfin Jook, kill the other bounty hunters and Droidekas first. We recommend doing this by using stances that have high damage, such as the single-blade, dual-wield, and crossguard.
Lightsaber throw attacks like that can track enemies are helpful here as Selfin Jook does not have a stamina bar, thus all damage dealt to her goes straight to her health.
