Defeat Rayvis in Shattered Moon
To get the Centered Perk, you must simply progress through the main storyline and defeat Rayvis on your second visit at Shattered Moon.

Where to Get Centered Perk
Head to the Top of the Republic Research Laboratory
During your second visit to Shattered Moon, head towards the top of the Republic Research Laboratory to defeat Rayvis and acquire the Centered Perk.
Centered Perk Effects

2 slots Enemies in a small area are staggered when Cal is healing. Cal can take one hit and not be interrupted. |
The Centered Perk allows you to take a breather when Cal is on the process of healing, as enemies will be staggered if he takes a healing stim.
It allows him to take a single hit without being interrupted in any of his actions.
