Vashtan Wolfe is found inside a cave in Derelict Dam. He hides behind a giant door that requires you to solve a puzzle for you to open it and make Vashtan come out. Once you've solved the puzzle, Vashtan Wolfe will come out and face you in battle.

Pull Vashtan Wolfe and parry at the last second to prevent damage from his attack. Force Pulling Vashtan Wolfe temporarily disables his blaster and invisibility.
Force Pushing Vashtan Wolfe against a wall will permanently remove his invisibility. An indicator of this is if his backpack explodes and sparks throughout the fight.
Vashtan Wolfe has slow and big wind-ups for his attacks which makes them easier to parry. Note that he can also mix in some unblockable attacks after his normal ones; dodge these attacks to avoid damage.
Reflect Vashtan Wolfe's blaster shots to defend yourself and damage Vashtan Wolfe from a distance.
Defeating Vashtan Wolfe does not yield any rewards, but solving his puzzle grants you access to the Two-Tone Metal weapon material.
