Restart Your Internet

If the EA Servers themselves aren't down, your internet connection may be the problem and be the cause of your disconnection. Try restarting your router or modem to check the issue.

Avoid Trying to Login

It is possible that your save file might be corrupted if you keep on trying to log in while you are having issues with your connection. Check if the connection is stable before launching the game.

There are instances where you will be automatically logged out from your account if you lose internet connection while the EA app is open.
