The Inquisitor Outfit is not available in Jedi Survivor like it was in the first game. In Jedi Fallen Order, you can unlock the Inquisitor Outfit in New Game Plus.

Red Lightsaber and Inquisitor Paint are Available

Inquisitor Paint

The closest you can get to resemble an Inquisitor in Jedi Survivor is with the Red Lightsaber which can be unlocked at the end of the game, and the Inquisitor Paint Weapon Material which is used to customize the color of your blaster and lightsaber.
