Whether you choose Classified or Intruder, the ISB Officer will not let you in without clearance even after being put under the influence of the Jedi mind trick, so there's no real difference. You'll get another Mind Trick choice, Threaten or Deceive, a few moments after.

Whether you choose Threaten or Deceive, the ISB Officer will let you in without clearance after the influence of the Jedi mind trick, so there's no real difference.
