Howling Push will allow players to push large groups of enemies off cliffs and edges. This is the quickest way to deal with enemies since they will instantly die once they fall off. However, enemies with jetpacks will fly back up, so keep this in mind.
This Force Push ability can also help you create space to avoid enemies and run to the objective. It is more time efficient to run past enemies when you can, so use this ability to stagger enemies and create space to get to your next objective.

The Precision and Shatter perks increases block damage against enemies, helping you stagger them quicker. You may choose to get and equip just one of these instead to avoid wasting too much time getting another perk slot.
The Fortitude and Purity perks are great for speedrunning since it boosts your overall damage against bosses and enemies. In order to get the quickest times possible, it is essential to defeat strong enemies as fast as possible.
Although, players only start out with 3 perk slots in the beginning which means you will need to unlock a perk slot on top of obtaining Fortitude. This can waste precious time if not done efficiently enough.
New Game Plus Rewards and What Carries Over
The Dual Wield stance has the fastest attacks among all stances in the game. This lets players break the enemies' guards quickly, and it also lets you parry/dodge easier since it has shorter attack animations.
Best Stance and All Lightsaber Stances Ranked
On the other hand, the Crossguard stance deals the highest damage per hit. This is effective against single enemies or bosses since it can deal insane amounts of damage, and it can break their guard in just two to three hits.
How to Speedrun Jedi Survivor |
---|
|
Throughout the different planets, there are shortcuts you can unlock that will help you reach that same spot quicker. You will often return to the same planets and same areas to continue the story, so it is essential to unlock and use these shortcuts to travel faster.
It is also important to interact with Meditation Points found throughout the game so you can fast travel to them when you need to return to a specific area. This will save you a lot of time instead of running all the way back to that same spot.
Once you unlock the ability to Dash, use the Jump Dash combo to travel faster around areas. It is quicker than sprinting and will save you a few minutes during your speedrun.
Another important tip is to run past all enemies as much as possible. They will be scattered throughout the game and it will take considerable time to defeat them which is why it is best to avoid them instead. Some enemies will be unavoidable though, and you will have to defeat them to proceed to the next area.
Players should also avoid doing any type of side content, such as Force Echoes, Jedi Chambers, and Rumors. While some may give good rewards, it simply takes too much time to complete one. It would be more time efficient to only play through the story unless the side content can be completed quickly, is on the main story's path, and rewards you with more damage.
Cutscenes and dialogue in the game can take up a lot of time during your speedrun. To save time, it is essential to skip all cutscenes and dialogue so that you can continue to your next objective.
