Death Penalty: What Happens When You Die?

Star Wars Jedi Survivor - What Happens When You Die
If you die to an enemy, you will lose all of the XP progress that you have until you retrieve them in Star Wars Jedi Survivor. Read on to learn how to retrieve XP after dying, what are the penalties for dying, and how to know which enemy killed you.

What Happens When You Die?

You Will Lose XP

Star Wars Jedi Survivor - Death
If an enemy kills you, all the XP that you currently have on your XP progress bar will be lost but you get to keep all of the skill points that you already have if you leveled up.

To retrieve the lost XP, you simply need to damage the HP (not the shield) of the enemy that killed you.

Skill Points Will Remain

If you already leveled up, the skill points that you already acquired will remain and they can still be used to learn new abilities.

Where Do You Respawn After Death

Beside the Mantis or the Meditation Point

Star Wars Jedi Survivor - Death Penalty Respawn
After dying to an enemy, you will also be forced to respawn back at the last Meditation Point that you used or beside the Mantis if you just traveled to a different planet.
