Kill the regular Mogu to have an easier time dealing with the Mire Terror. The Mogu has similar attacks to the Mire Terror but is easier to beat as its health and stamina are lower.
The Mire Terror's attack patterns have huge and slow wind-ups which makes them easy to parry. Parry its attacks to deplete its stamina gauge and attack it when its stamina is depleted.
Some of the Mire Terror's unblockable attacks are hard to avoid because it blends with its regular attack pattern. Dodge and move away as soon as The Mire Terror turns red when attacking.
Use your Slow ability to take advantage of the slowed Mire Terror and deal damage to its stamina and health.
If you can defeat The Mire Terror, you can pick up a Stim Upgrade from the chest in the fight area. This will permanently increase your the maximum stims you can carry.
