Investigate the Central Valley Facility can be found at Pyloon's Saloon in the planet of Koboh.
Speak to Turgle at Pyloon's Saloon. Be sure to complete the conversation with them to unlock the Rumor!

| 1 |  Enter the Facility To begin the rumor, head towards the entrance of the facility. You can find it near the stables. |
| 2 |  Take the Lift Follow the path until you reach the lift. Stand on top to head down. There is also a chest in the cavern below, you'll need to wall climb down to get to it. |
| 3 |  Follow the Path In the facility, run down the hall until you find a large chamber. You'll pass a Sense Echo on the way. |
| 4 |  Interact with the Panel Interact with the panel at the end of the walkway to finish the Rumor! |
