The Tame ability allows players to tame animals such as the Nekko and Relter bird. Once they are tamed, players can mount them to travel faster or access areas difficult to get to. The gigantic Torontoshell can also be tamed to complete the Find the Gorge's Secret rumor.
Players will unlock the ability to tame the Nekko and Relter during the Forest Array objective in Koboh Part 1. Afterwards, you can start mounting any Nekko or Relter you encounter.
Dash allows you to jump farther and pass through wind gusts and green barriers, which allows players to reach previously difficult to reach areas. It can also help you travel faster and can be used to dodge enemies during combat.
How to Pass Through Green Laser Gates
You unlock the Dash ability and Merrin's Charm while traversing the Singing Ruins during Jedha Part 2 of the main story. After attemping to cross through, a cutscene will play which unlocks the ability.
The Force Confuse ability helps players confuse human or animal enemies to become your ally instead. They will start attacking other enemies within the area once they are confused for a certain amount of time. Players can also upgrade this ability by spending points in the Confusion Force Tree.
You will unlock the Force Confuse ability while you explore the Freight Handling Depot during the main story in Coruscant. The game will prompt you to confuse one of the troopers to get past them.
Slow allows players to temporarily slow down time for a period while still moving normally. This is incredibly useful during combat since it can give you time to reposition or find an opening to attack. This ability can only be used when the yellow bar on the bottom center is filled.
Players will unlock the Slow ability while going through the main story in Coruscant. While trying to cross a pipe, you will fall to a platform with a lot of troopers, and the game will prompt you to use Slow.
The Force Push ability allows players to push objects and blockades out of the way to open a path forward or to solve environmental puzzles. It can also push enemies to stagger them or push them off cliffs. Upgrading this ability in the Telekinesis Force Tree also lets push a large group or strong resistant enemies.
Force Push is unlocked in the beginning of the game during Coruscant. After a confrontation with the Senator, the game prompts you to push a Stormtrooper off the platform.
Players can pull objects or blockades to solve environmental puzzles or open a path to an area using the Force Pull ability. It can also be used to pull enemies towards you, making them vulnerable to your lightsaber attacks. This ability can also be further upgraded in the Telekinesis Force Tree, which allows you to pull large groups or resistant enemies.
Force Push is unlocked very early on in the game during Coruscant. While exploring the Rooftop area, the game will prompt you to pull a set of stairs down in a hallway.
Force Lift allows players to lift enemies and objects upwards which disables enemies or opens platforms to traverse on. This ability can help you manage large groups of enemies since they can be lifted for a period of time. It can also be further upgraded in the Telekinesis Force Tree, allowing you to lift larger groups or resistant enemies.
Force Lift can be unlocked while in the Yurt Barracks during Koboh Part 3. A cutscene will automatically play in this area which unlocks the ability afterwards.
Players can slam enemies and objects down to the ground with the Force Slam ability. This can stagger enemies or smash open barrel chests for collectibles. It can also be further upgraded in the Telekinesis Force Tree, allowing you to slam larger groups or resistant enemies.
Force Slam can also be unlocked while in the Yurt Barracks during Koboh Part 3. A cutscene will automatically play in this area which unlocks the ability afterwards.
