Best to Do in Endgame

When to Return to Coruscant

While the path back to Coruscant does reopen early on in the game, it's recommended to head back to Coruscant when you're in the endgame, some time after Koboh Part 4. This is so that you've unlocked all abilities needed to open up locked areas and secret passageways in the planet and you can get all collectibles needed in one go.

Activate the conduit on your left using Electro Dart after using the elevator in Hangar 2046-C.

Enter the room on your left after using the Ascension Cable in Undercity Meats. Activate the conduit with Electro Dart.

How to Return to Coruscant

After Completing Jedha's First Part

Return to Coruscant

Progressing the story campaign and completing the first part of Jedha will unlock Coruscant for revisitation. Simply interact with the holotable on the Mantis and Cal will point out that a path to Coruscant has opened up.

After Jedha, you'll also unlock a new planet Shattered Moon and a revisit to Koboh, both of which are required for story progression while Coruscant's revisit isn't required yet at this point.
