Defeat the Golden Skriton
You'll need to defeat the Golden Skriton Legendary Enemy. Upon winning, claim this Perk on the far end of the room.

Head to Desert Ridge
On Jedha, start from the Anchorite Base meditation point and head towards Desert Ridge. Go straight across to the far end to reach the enclosure shown on the map.

The Unflinching Perk is great to pair up with the Blaster Stance. It comes in handy when facing multiple opponents, and a charged shot from the blaster might help get you through the situation.
