You have to dash mid-air to pass through the Bygone Settlement fans in Star Wars Jedi Survivor. Learn how to get past the Bygone Settlement fan and how to get to the Jawas in the Bygone Settlement on Jedha.

To get past the Bygone Settlement fan, all players have to do is use the Dash Ability while mid-air. After progressing past the fan, players can keep climbing all the way to the Jawas to recruit them.
To unlock the mid-air dash, you need to progress through the second visit to Jedha and earn this story-locked ability there. If you visit this section of the Bygone Settlement on Koboh before unlocking the dash, you won't be able to pass. Don't worry, though; as this Bygone Settlement section is just optional at this time.

I got there with double jump, position to right most side of the platform and do jumps with annoyingly precise timing. However, after that I have no idea what to do :D so I suppose dash would be required then.
