There is no unlockable secret ending in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, but there is an epilogue shown after the credits.

The scene shows Cal and the remaining Mantis Crew taking refuge in Tanalorr and offering Kata a place in their group.

Are There Multiple Endings?

No Multiple Endings

Jedi Survivor only has one ending and is considered canon in current Star Wars lore. While the game utilizes an open world where you are free to explore planets and locations as you please and includes several instances where you can choose how to respond to characters, the main narrative is linear, and it will unfold the same way no matter how you choose to progress.

Guide Her Through the Darkness Ending Explained

During the ending of Jedi Survivor, Cere reaches out to Cal from the Force afterlife and tells him to “guide her through the darkness.” This is referring to Bode's daughter, Kata, who has now lost both of her parents at a very young age. This quote from Cere is a direct instruction to Cal to help Kata through this incredibly difficult point in her life.

How to Watch the Epilogue

Epilogue Is Shown After Credits Roll

The epilogue scene will naturally play out after the credits end. You must simply finish the main storyline for you to view the epilogue.
