Use Force Lift on the Locked Doors in Rooftops

Star Wars Jedi Survivor Coruscant Locked Doors - Drop down the pipes
From the Rooftops Meditation Point, drop down the pipes and cross to the other side.

Star Wars Jedi Survivor Coruscant Locked Doors - Stormtroopers adjacent roof
Here, you will fight a couple of Stormtroopers. After that, Jump down to the platforms and cross the adjacent roof.

Climb up the roof and enter the room to your left.

After defeating all the enemies, pick up the Persistence Emitter - Lightsaber Part and look to your right.

Jedi Survivor Frenzied Jotaz - Look to Your Left
Fast Travel to Undercity Meats and turn to your left.

Jedi Survivor Frenzied Jotaz - Ascension Cable to Climb
Climb up the ledge using your Ascension Cable and enter the room on your left.

Jedi Survivor Frenzied Jotaz - Shoot the Conduit
Upon entering, take the path to your right where you will see a conduit above the gate.

Jedi Survivor Frenzied Jotaz - Use Electro Dart to Open
Use your Electro Dart on the conduit to open the door. (You can unlock BD-1's Electro Dart after completing Koboh Part 4)
