In the Official Teaser of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, a Pau'an made an appearance that heavily resembled the Grand Inquisitor.
It was later confirmed by the official Star Wars website that the character was not The Grand Inquisitor, but an Imperial Senator that holds an antagonistic stance against Cal Kestis.
The absence of The Grand Inquisitor in the recent trailers of the game may suggest that he will not be making an appearance, but his significant role as the leader of the Inquisitors should enable the character to be included in the narrative.
The character has also appeared in several media programs such as Star Wars Rebels and Obi-Wan Kenobi, so it would not be surprising to see The Grand Inquisitor enter the video game platform of the Star Wars universe.
It should also be noted that Star Wars Jedi: Survivor takes place in 9 BBY, the same timeline in which the events of the Obi-Wan Kenobi series unfolded. During this period, the Inquisitors were hunting down surviving Jedi and all Force-sensitives in the galaxy.
As such, it is more likely that the Grand Inquisitor may give an appearance to establish himself as an antagonist for future installments.
The Grand Inquisitor was once a member of the Jedi Order, serving as a Temple Guard that protected the Jedi Temple in Coruscant.
After Palpatine executed Order 66, most commonly known as the Great Jedi Purge, The Grand Inquisitor was recruited by the Sith Lord to lead his Order of Inquisitors and hunt down the surviving Jedi that survived the purge.
