Star Wars: Jedi Survivor takes place five years after the events of Jedi Fallen Order and now features a more mature Cal that fights for the resistance. Read on to learn more about the events of Jedi Survivor.

Jedi Survivor Full Story and Plot Summary
Working For Saw Gerrera
The story of the game starts with Cal and his team of resistance fighters infiltrating an imperial senator's yacht to retrieve military intel which they will transmit to Saw Gerrera. The mission turns sour as the Ninth Sister and Inquisitorious troopers wipe out the rest of Cal's team except for Cal and the team's new member, Bode Akuna.
Greez, Koboh, and Tanalorr
Cal lands on Koboh with the intent of finding Greez to repair the mantis and be on his way again but encounters the Bedlam Raiders and its Gen'Dai leader, Rayvis. While finding parts to repair the mantis, Cal stumbles upon a Jedi temple and a droid named Zee from the High Republic era which gives Cal information about Tanalorr.
Upon learning more about Tanalorr, Cal grew interested in searching the planet in hopes of making it a haven for those persecuted by the empire and rebuilding the Jedi Order upon it. Cal stumbles upon a preserved Jedi from the High Republic named Dagan Gera, who attacks Cal and plans to take Tanalorr but for the mischievous purpose of ruling the galaxy.
Reuniting with Old Friends
Bent on searching for Tanalorr, Cal reunites with Cere, Merrin, and Eno Cordova to find three of the keys that are needed to navigate the Koboh abyss and reach Tanalorr. Cal learns of the Hidden Path and Cere's operation on recovering and rebuilding the Jedi Archive in Jedha.
Reclaiming the Keys to Tanalorr
Cal claims the keys to Tanalorr but at the cost of Zee being captured by the Bedlam Raiders. Cal infiltrates the Lucrehulk which serves as the base for the Bedlam Raiders to find and save Zee.
Dagan Gera confronts Cal again with Cal seemingly having the upper hand, but Dagan was able to escape with one of the keys to Tanalorr.
Finding Dagan Gera
Cal searches for information about Dagan's whereabouts and starts with Rayvis, leader of the Bedlam Raiders and oathbound warrior to Dagan. Cal defeats the Gen'Dai and receives information on Dagan's whereabouts.
Besting a Renowned Jedi Knight
Cal confronts Dagan Gera at Koboh's observatory for the final key to Tanalorr. During the fight with Dagan Gera, Cal lightly taps into the Dark Side by copying Dagan's force hallucination technique to end the renowned Jedi Knight.
After retrieving the final key, Cal heads back to Jedha to ask Eno Cordova to repair the compass so that Tanalorr may be reached.
Betrayal and Loss
After Cordova repairs the compass, an Anchorite reveals that the Hidden Path has been compromised and the Empire's forces are closing in on the hideout. Bode Akuna kills Eno Cordova and takes the compass as Cal chases and confronts him.
During the fight Bode reveals that he is also a Jedi and is working with the ISB (the Empire's secret police) to keep his daughter safe, he knocks Cal unconscious to end the fight and flees.
Meanwhile, Cere defends the archive from the Empire's forces and confronts Darth Vader once again. Despite seemingly having the upper hand, Cere dies from a stab with Vader's lightsaber. As she falls to the ground, Cal catches her and dies in his arms.
A Path to the Dark Side
In his anger, Cal finds Bode and confronts him at Nova Garon, the ISB headquarters. Cal takes down all troops sent after him and learns that Bode lured him there to destroy the ISB and alarm the Inquisitorious, all to mask Bode's escape with his daughter to Tanalorr.
Cal has a calm confrontation with Bode and his daughter. Bode then pushes Cal and flees with his daughter, leaving Cal enraged.
On his way to leave Nova Garon, Cal is confronted by dozens of empire troops and unleashes the power of the Dark Side, amplifying his combat and force abilities, and striking fear in the empire's troops.
Should You Embrace the Darkness?
Final Confrontation
Cal learns of a new way to reach Tanalorr and confronts Bode for the final time. Inside the Jedi temple in Tanalorr, Cal guns down a persistent Bode that feared for his daughter's safety.
After the battle, the remaining crew of the Mantis cremates the bodies of Bode, Cere, and Cordova as Cere's force ghost briefly tells Cal to guide Bode's daughter in the darkness.
