Locate the Odd Pair can be found in Pyloon's Saloon in the planet of Koboh.
After you unlock riding Nekkos and complete Leave the Forest Array, speak to Moran in the Pyloon’s Saloon in Rambler’s Reach Outpost. Be sure to complete the conversation with them to unlock the Rumor!

| 1 |  Head Over to the Boiling Bluff You'll encounter the Boiling Bluff as you're completing the Devastated Settlement |
| 2 |  Use the Boiling Bluff Meditation Point If you've unlocked it previously, you can use the Boiling Bluff Meditation Point to get closer. |
| 3 |  Approach the Cliff Head towards the cliffside. |
| 4 |  Jump up with the Nekko With the help of the Nekko, jump onto the high ledge. |
| 5 |  Clear Enemies At the top of this section are a few enemies to clear out. |
| 6 |  Cross the Gap Hop and skip over the rock pillars to get to the other side. |
| 7 |  Defeat the Mogu A Mogu will be waiting for you here so be ready to take it down before you can complete this rumor. |
| 8 |  Speak to the Pair Speak to the pair about Holotactics to complete the Rumor! |
By completing this Rumor, you will unlock the Holotactics Table in the saloon! You can find this on the second floor, in a room by the aquarium.
