Week One Patch Notes Summary
For PC (May 1):
• Performance improvements for non-raytraced rendering.

For Console (May 2):
• Multiple crashes fixed across PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S and various areas of the game.
• Fixed crashes that were tied to skipping cinematics.
• Performance improvements across PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S
• Fixed an issue with dynamic cloth inside the Mantis.
• Fixed various rendering issues.
• Fixed an issue with registered Nekko colors not saving.
• Fixed an issue with registered Nekko disappearing from the stable.
• Fixed issues with cinematic dialogue overlapping.
• Fixed various collision issues.
• Fixed an issue with enemy AI remaining in T Pose during photo mode.
• Fixed a freeze that occassionally occurred while talking to Doma.
• Fixed a bug where the BD-oil VFX did not properly render.
• Fixed an issue where players were getting stuck inside the Chamber of Duality if you didn't save after leaving the chamber and die.

EA has also confirmed that all the above May 2 fixes for console are already included in the May 1 PC Patch. Most notably, this means that the PC Patch includes a fix to random game crashes, a frequent performance issue for most PC users.

PS5 Patch Update File Size

For PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S players, the update launched exactly 24 hours later than the PC update, on May 2, 2023. The console update size is 1.18 GB.

May 1 Update for PC Only

Jedi Survivor PC Update

The first PC Patch for Jedi Survivor has already been released on EA as of May 1, 2023. The PC update file size is 1.38 GB.

Make sure you have enough space for update file size

Jedi Survivor PC Patch

If you're playing via the EA App, your PC will need to verify the 116.87 GB file size of the full game, in addition to the update file size, before you're able to resume playing.
