How to Get Upgrades Map Upgrade

The Upgrades map upgrade marks any unfound Upgrades on your Holomap, including Essences, Skill Points, Perks, and Perk Slots. Players can get this upgrade by going to the planet Koboh.

It can be obtained from the terminal in the Alignment Control Center area. This area is past the large yellow bridge that's raised up near Rambler's Reach Outpost. You'll need to progress through the main story to lower the bridge.

How to Get the Upgrades Map Upgrade
1	First you must complete All 7 Jedi Chambers in Koboh before going to the Alignment Control Center.
2	Once every chamber is cleared, you will come across a yellow bridge that you will lower after the Leave the Forest Array objective and while completing the Check on the Mantis objective during Koboh Part 1.
3	Go towards the opposite direction of the yellow bridge, where you will find a door in the cliffside that leads you to the Alignment Control Center.
4	Inside the Alignment Control Center, head down the elevator to the reach the terminal in front of 7 screens.
5	All screens will be green if you have completed all the Jedi Chambers. BD-1 can then access the terminal across it to obtain the Upgrades Map Upgrade.

How to Get Databank Map Upgrade

The Databank map upgrade marks any unfound Databank entries on your Holomap, including all Scans and Force Echoes.

To obtain this upgrade, players will need to go to the planet Nova Garon. Once there, you can get it from the terminal located inside the Central Command area.

How to Get Treasures Map Upgrade

The Treasures map upgrade marks any unfound Relics, such as Priorite Shards and Datadiscs, on your Holomap. Head to the planet Jedha to get this upgrade.

From there, you will need to solve three puzzles near the Anchorite Base, particularly the Path of Conviction, the Path of Persistence, and the Path of Restoration. Afterwards, you will gain access to the Wayfinder's Tomb area where you can interact with a terminal to unlock the upgrade.

How to Get Chests Map Upgrade

The Chests map upgrade marks any unfound Chests in the area on your Holomap. Players will need to visit the planet Koboh to obtain it.

How to Get the Chests Map Upgrade
1	To get to Phon'Qi Caverns, you can teleport to the Mountain Ascent meditation point in Koboh.
2	After teleporting, go through the cave tunnel to get to Foothill Falls.
3	Once there, turn left and cross the pool of water.
4	Use the glider bird nearby to cross to the other side.
5	Then, use the Force to open the basement entrance on the left side of the building.
6	Go down the basement and clear the Phon'Qi Caverns to reach the terminal that gives the map upgrade.

How to Get the Seeds Map Upgrade

Players can unlock the Seeds Map Upgrade by planting all 10 unique seeds and filling all three garden plots with plants. After the plants have fully grown, Pili will unlock the terminal for the map upgrade.

It is important to note that the color or variation of the seed does not matter as long as each 10 unique seeds are planted, fully grown, and that the rest of the plots in the garden are filled up with other plants.

How to Use Map Upgrades

Open Your Holomap

Map upgrades are automatically applied to your Holomap. Simply open your Holomap, and you will notice new markers notifying you of any collectible you may have missed around the area.

What are Map Upgrades?

Marks Collectibles on the Map

Map Upgrades makes it easier for players to find any missing collectibles they have not yet found. After unlocking an upgrade, any collectibles that you have no yet found will be marked on your Holomap. This makes completing all the collectibles in the game a lot faster.
