Complete Nova Garon to Activate the Panel

You may be able to stumble upon the Alignment Control Center spinning doors puzzle early, since the Alignment Control Center is right next to Rambler's Reach Outpost. However, you will not be able to complete this puzzle area until you finish the Nova Garon story, as this puzzle is part of Koboh Part 4.

Not related to Red Screen Terminal Puzzle

Alignment Control Center Incomplete
This spinning door area is not related to the terminals with the red screen in an earlier area of the Alignment Control Center. To solve that puzzle, you need to complete all 7 Jedi Chambers to activate those terminals.

Alignment Control Center Red Screen Puzzle Solution

Interact with the Panel

While progressing through Koboh Part 4's story, you'll enter this area after defeating all of the enemies in the Alignment Control Center. Enter the door on your right to see the spinning doors.

Interact with the panel to activate the spinning doors, then press the interact prompt again to Force Pull the door locks open.
