Shattered Moon or Koboh Choice Results

Decides Which Planet is Visited First

Jedi Survivor - Shattered Moon or Koboh

Planet Choices Differences
Shattered Moon The planet is combat-heavy experience.
Koboh The second visit is focused on exploring, collectible hunts, and puzzle solving.

After completing Jedha, you'll be given a choice to either go to Shattered Moon or return to Koboh first. You will still have to do both planets to progress through the story. The choice is ultimately a matter of which planet to go to first, so don't worry about missing out.

Shattered Moon and Koboh are quite different in terms of gameplay, so the choice will affect your experience of both planets, as you will, of course, be going to the first planet at a lower level than the second planet.

Jedha Choice can Still be Changed

Jedi Survivor - Holotable
Note that choosing a planet when prompted on Jedha doesn't lock in the objective. If you ended up deciding to go to a different planet, you'll be able to do so by choosing it in the Holotable.

Should You Go to Shattered Moon or Koboh First?

Better to Go to Koboh First

Jedi Survivor - Go to Koboh
Choosing to research Tanalorr in Koboh will allow you to get Perks from Jedi Chambers (which are only found on Koboh) as well as farm other useful collectibles like Stim Canisters, Essences, and Skill Points. These all provide unique stat buffs.

Doing this will make the later visit to the combat-heavy Shattered Moon less tedious and difficult.
