How to Win All Holotactics Matches

Turgle Holotactics Battle

Wave How to Beat Turgle
1
Place down an Electrostaff Purge Trooper in the front center of the board, then start the match. This will save you 2 Battle Points into the 2nd wave.

Next wave, place down a Security Droid in the front center and a Flametrooper right next to the droid.

Greez Holotactics Battle

Wave How to Beat Greez
1
Place down two Flametroopers beside the front center tile, then start the match. This will save you 6 Battle Points for the next waves.
2
Next wave, place down two Shield Troopers beside the front center tile, and a Heavy Assault Trooper at the back center of the board.
3
For the last wave, place down 2 Security Droids beside the front center tile, and a Shiverpede at the front center.

Tulakt Holotactics Battle

Wave How to Beat Tulakt
1
Place down a DT Sentry Droid - Hammer and Missiles unit in the front center of the board, then start the match. This will save you 6 Battle Points into the 2nd wave.

Next, place down a DT Sentry Droid - Staff and Blaster in the front center and a Heavy Assault Trooper in the back left corner of the board. This will save you 8 Battle Points into the 3rd Wave.

Finally, place down two DT Sentry Droid - Staff and Hammer units beside the front center spot and an Electrostaff Purge Trooper at the back center of the board.

How to Beat Tulakt in Holotactics

Merrin Holotactics Battle

Wave How to Beat Merrin
1
Place a Sutaban Alpha in the front center tile, and three B1 Droids in the back corners and back center. This will save you 6 Battle Points for the next waves.

Next wave, place down a Bedlam Smasher in the front center tile, a BX Droid Rifle at the back left corner, and a Raider Grunt next to the Bedlam Smasher.

In the final wave, place down a AT-ST in the back left corner, and a Bilemaw at the front center.

Caij Holotactics Battle

Wave How to Beat Caij
1
Place down two Shield Troopers beside the front center tile, and a Purge Trooper Commander in the back center. This will save you 6 Battle Points for the next waves.

Next wave, place down a down a Shield Trooper in the front center tile, and a DT Sentry Droid - Hammer and Missiles at the back center.

In the final wave, place down two Security Droids beside the front center tile, a Droideka at the back center, and a Scout Trooper Commander in the front center.

Skoova Holotactics Battle

Wave How to Beat Skoova

Place down a Shield Trooper in the front center tile, and two Flametroopers beside the back center tile. This will save you 12 Battle Points for the next waves.

Next wave, place down a down a Shield Trooper in the front center tile, and two BX Droids Rifle in the back corners.

For the 3rd wave, place down a DT Sentry Droid - Hammer and Staff in the front center tile, and two BX Droids Rifle in the back corners.

In the final wave, place down three Sutaban Alphas in the front corners and front center tiles, and a Heavy Assault Trooper in the back center.

T-1N8 Holotactics Battle

Wave How to Beat T-1N8

Place down a DT Sentry Droid - Hammer and Staff in the front center tile. This will save you 4 Battle Points for the next waves.

Next wave, place down two DT Sentry Droids - Hammer and Staff on the front corners.

For the 3rd wave, place down a AT-ST in the front center tile, and a Droideka in the behind it.

In the final wave, place down a DT Sentry Droid - Hammer and Staff in the back center, two BX Droids Rifle in the back corners, and a Scout Trooper in the front center.

Tulli Holotactics Battle

Wave How to Beat Tulli

Place down two Heavy Assault Troopers in the back corners, and a Shield Trooper in the front center. This will save you 7 Battle Points for the next waves.

Next wave, place down two Magnaguards on the front corners, a Sutaban Alpha in the front center, and a Droideka in the back center.

For the 3rd wave, place down a DT Sentry Droid - Hammer and Staff in the front center tile, two Security Droids in the front corners, and two Droidekas beside the back center tile.
4
In the final wave, place down two BX Droids Rifle in the back corners, and two Droidekas in the back center.

How to Unlock Opponents in Holotactics

Recruit Allies to the Saloon

Players will automatically unlock opponents for Holotactics by recruiting allies to the Saloon. Particularly, Skoova and T-1N8 must be recruited while you explore Koboh, while the others will be recruited as you play the story.

Unlock More Units by Scanning Enemies

Holotactics Enemies

The only way to gain more types of units is by scanning enemies you have defeated in game. Once they are scanned by BD-1, they will be available for you to use in Holotactics. Make sure to scan every new enemy you encounter so that you can use them in Holotactics. When you have more units, you will be able to make better strategic decisions.

Each unit costs a specific number of Battle Points. Some units will cost more than others, but they can also be more powerful depending on the situation. Make sure to spend your battle points wisely on the right units and save as much Battle Points as you can for the harder waves.

The guide worked great. I did have some issues with Skoova though. After 4-5 tries I was able to finally Beat him. The issue was that it was the last battle I couldn't win. Having to replay all of the battle if you lose was a bad design decision.
