| Shoot an Electro Dart at the generator in Rambler's Reach Outpost then enter the door that opens up. You need to complete the Jawa Rumor first. | |
You get all the parts of the Swoop Blaster set by doing the Rambler's Reach Outpost Roof Puzzle. You can only do this puzzle after getting Dash in Jedha Part 2, getting the Electro Dart during Koboh Part 4, and completing the Jawa Rumor.
Ramblers Reach Outpost Roof Puzzle Solution

| 1 |  In Rambler's Reach Outpost, look for a boarded up house with a generator on the roof. |
| 1a |  This board will be boarded up until you complete the Check on the Jawa Settlement Rumor, wherein you recruit the Jawa. This Rumor requires the Dash ability. |
| 2 |  Shoot the generator using BD-1's Electro Dart. |
| 3 |  Head inside the door that opened up underneath the contraption that the generator's rope is attached to. Open the chest inside the room to get the Swoop Blaster. |
