Regardless of which weapon you decide to use, the red crate in this stage will require multiple hits to break. You will be advised on how to break it when it appears, make sure to follow it to avoid having to start over.
The final crate will not fly over the fence, meaning that you will only have one opportunity to shoot it. Make sure you are in a good position, preferably closer to the fence, so that you can break it before it falls.
Crates will head in randomized directions as your progress through the stage making it hard to break them, regardless of which weapon your choose. To compensate for the large space given to you, ink the floor during the brief moments that there are no crates present. Using swim mode to move around the stage will help you get into a good position to shoot each crate that appears.
