Access the Sparkling Skylands Secret Area to Get Recipe

Card Reader Recipe

The recipe for the card reader can be obtained by accessing the secret area in Sparkling Skylands, which will be available once you register all 300 Pokemon in the Pokedex.

After scanning your ID at the hidden gate, you will be able to enter an office space where you can collect a few items: a Card Reader recipe, a Shutter recipe, and a Printer recipe.
