I think this one only works in Sparkling Skylands. Atleast that's how I got mine to work.
I am also having great difficulty with this one. I've tried so many configurations and always ensuring the torches are lit and it's just not taking.
I know it lists 1 waterfall 3 water 2 torches and 3 stone path but it doesn't seem to work at all. I have tried moving everything next to each other in a 6 by six next to 3 water and a waterfall next to that but it doesn't seem to take I've even made it look just like the picture. Has anyone gotten this to work I can see it as a hab but I can't get it to take no matter the combo.
